In Sweet Jubilation, the Fall Concert

The program features the music of J. S. Bach, considered by many to be the greatest composer of all time. "In Sweet Jubilation" is the English translation of "In Dulci Jubilo". The concert features two J. S. Bach arrangements of this popular tune and then treatment by several of Bach's contemporaries: Johann Michael Bach, Deitrich Buxtehude, and Michael Praetorious. The real triumph, however, was getting Bach to come out of retirement to sign the cover of our program!
